MIXED FRUIT JAM:

INGREDIENTS:

Papaya - 100g                                         Banana - 100g

Grapes - 100g                                         Apple - 100g

Sugar - 400g

METHOD:

  1. Wash and peel the fruits. Cut them into pieces and blend it in a mixie.
  2. To the blended mixture add equal amount of sugar and cook it in a heavy bottom vessel. Stir continuously with a woden ladle till the endpoint is reached.
  3. This is then transferred to a sterilized jar and preserved for future use.
